No system takes an outward-facing action without a human reviewing and approving it first. The agents handle research, enrichment, drafting, and qualification. A human approves before anything sends, publishes, or routes. The approval interface is in your existing tools — Slack, email, or a simple review queue.
We connect to your existing stack — typically HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive for CRM; Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist for outreach; Slack for notifications and approvals; and your cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for hosting. If you use a tool not listed here, ask — we've likely built against it before.
Minimal. You need someone who can manage API credentials and has basic CRM admin access. We handle the technical deployment end-to-end. After handover, a non-technical operator can run the systems day-to-day with the runbooks we provide.
A Sprint (single system) is 5 days. A full OS deploy (4–5 systems, intelligence layer, full setup) is 3 weeks. We've done both faster when the team has clean data and defined workflows — and both slower when the ICP or stack needs clarification first.
You operate independently with full documentation and runbooks. If you want ongoing optimisation, new system additions, or monthly GTM performance reviews, the Compound tier covers that. It's optional — not a retention mechanism.
