Two different things happen on this site: browsing it, and submitting the architecture-call form. This page covers both, plus how we think about data during an actual engagement.

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers. We use standard hosting-level access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to understand traffic — the same baseline logging most web hosts provide by default, not a bespoke analytics or ad-retargeting stack.
When you submit the form on the book a call page, we collect your name, work email, company, role, team size, and whatever you tell us about your GTM stack and bottlenecks. That information is used only to prepare for and follow up on the call — we don't sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Deployed systems run on your infrastructure, using your credentials and your data — that's the core of how we work, not a marketing line. Where our team needs access to your tools during a build (a CRM, an outreach platform, a content system), the scope of that access and how it's handled is set out in the engagement agreement, and access is removed at handover unless you ask us to retain it for ongoing support.
We don't use one client's data — prospect lists, messaging, content, performance numbers — to build or improve systems for another client without explicit permission.
Several of the training programs and systems described on this site are built for clients handling EU personal data, and we take that seriously. For engagements involving EU personal data, we're glad to discuss a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as part of scoping — this is agreed per engagement rather than offered as a standing, pre-signed certification on this page, and we won't claim a specific compliance certification here that hasn't actually been independently audited.
If you've submitted the architecture-call form and want your information corrected or deleted, or want to know exactly what we hold, the fastest way to reach us is the same place you submitted it — book a call, or reply to whichever email thread followed your submission.
We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
Questions about any of this? The fastest way to reach us is to book a call — we'll answer directly rather than route you through a support form.
