// TERMS
This page covers two things: the terms for using this website, and the general basis on which we take on engagements. It is a summary, not a substitute for the signed agreement that governs any actual project — that agreement always takes precedence.

SalesSystems.AI is a trading name of XS Capacity LLC. References to “we”, “us”, or “SalesSystems.AI” on this site mean XS Capacity LLC.
The content on this site — including the systems catalogue, pricing ranges, benchmark figures, and program descriptions — is provided for evaluation purposes. Published price ranges are indicative; the price and scope for your engagement are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
We update this site regularly as systems, programs, and pricing evolve. We don't guarantee that every page reflects the current state of every offering at every moment — if something looks stale, ask us directly.
Every deployment or training engagement is governed by its own written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or signed contract), which sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and any engagement-specific terms. Where this page and that agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
Our standard position — reflected across this site — is that systems we build deploy into your infrastructure, using your credentials, and you own the resulting workflows, data, and documentation on completion. Any exceptions are called out explicitly in the engagement agreement.
Site content, design, and the SalesSystems.AI name and mark belong to XS Capacity LLC. Code, workflows, and configurations built specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement belong to that client on delivery, as set out in the engagement agreement — this is a deliberate part of how we operate, not a default we quietly override.
Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of specific results. Benchmark figures cited on this site are drawn from named third-party sources or from our own client work, and are labelled accordingly — they describe outcomes observed in specific circumstances, not a forecast for every engagement. Liability terms specific to a project are set out in that project's agreement.
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
