Our Services
We provide AI consulting, audits, custom solution development, implementation, and training.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD.
AI Audits: Paid upfront, refundable within 3 days. Credited toward future projects within 6 months.
Development Projects: Paid in milestones per your agreement. Credit card payments include a 3% fee.
Late payments incur 5% annual interest.
Intellectual Property
You own custom solutions after full payment. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools and methodologies.
Confidentiality
We protect your data and won't train AI models on your information without permission. See our Privacy Policy.
Warranty
We warrant professional service delivery for 30 days. We'll fix defects or provide a prorated refund.
Services are "as is" beyond this. We don't guarantee specific outcomes.
Liability Limits
Our maximum liability is fees paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate for breach with 15 days' notice. You pay for completed work.
Governing Law
Wyoming law governs these terms. Disputes resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
